So I’ve been having scary sensations thoughts and feelings but I know it’s all good it’s just from my recent med mess up I did and dealing with traumas resurfacing and ya know what I’m working through it and it will pass. For anyone else who is going through these scary feelings or wondering if something bad is happening or will happen just please try to stay in the present moment and that is the key and we can do this! Breathe. In through the nose. Out through the nose. Deep and long. Go to nature. We are so powerful. We are in charge. Love you guys ❤️ Peace and Blessings to you all

My GAD has resurfaced and it has been a difficult week. I can be doing okay and then "wham" it comes roaring back. Such a beast and a bully it is. I need to stay strong and not let my resolve weaken too much.
I am doing my best to stay in the present, as you say, Starrlight. I am doing the 4-7-8 breathing technique and have had to take my clonazepam on two occasions.

That tough because triggers can present themselves out of the blue but we do have tools to help ourselves with. Like deep breathing. If the 4-7-8works for you, that’s awesome. Lately I am saying to myself ,”I am here NOW.” This is NOW it really helps when I get struck on what might happen because of the past or my intense imagination. Thanks for posting. Peace to you too

Yeah I look at it like life is certainly full of thorns but also in between filled with flowers yet sometimes we get to a place where the flowers are choked out but they will always return we just have to ride it out try really hard and just have hope even when it seems there is none left .... and it sucks but we do get to better places of joy and peace and relief.
