Your venlafaxine isn't right for you. You need to tell your doctor so he can adjust your medicine for you. Either the dosage isn't right or you need to change medicines completely. He can't get it right if you don't tell him it isn't working. Please, always report to your doctor if you're still depressed. There is hope that you can feel much better as long as you keep your doctor informed and he can keep adjusting the drug so that it becomes the right way that you need it to feel so much better.

Are you in counseling? A counselor would have had you do this long ago. It really is important that you be in counseling. There is so much to learn about taking care of yourself. A counselor wouldn't have let you go so long feeling so poorly. Please seriously consider a counselor. You need one badly. Ask your psychiatrist for a recommendation.
