feeling confused

today i had a test wasn't nervous did the test and feel OK. about and hour after the test i feel a tightened in my chest, burning in my hands and tingling. i when to the med center at my school. the doctor send me to do and ECG and hemoglobin test i was crying my eyes out even though i explain to the doctor about my anxiety issue, i went to do the ECG it comes back normal but my blood count is little below normal. i just dont understand how i was feeling good after the test then i start to panic. sometimes i feel like i have a grip on it, but i dont. it hurts a lot feel like i was making progress.
