My name is Christine and I always feel very anxious/nervous about things everyday. I feel like my anxiety has affected me in my daily life such as avoiding eye contact with people, being afraid to ask someone for help or directions, I avoid calling people I don't know, and I always feel awkward when I'm around strangers because I don't know what to say. I always feel scared of interacting with people or what they think.
What can I do to help with these problems?
