If that is what it takes to help you hang on then use it. The reality is that they do need you and helping them will help you. Many times when my kids were young, they were all that kept me together, their needing me to be there. Hang in there!

You are welcome, fellow dad. Have you noticed that a guy comes on this site and they only get one or two replies? Interesting. Hang in there and try to find something that will help you. Doc, meds or shrink, whatever it takes.

I feel exactly the same way. And my wife is divorcing me now too. I think my kids are the only reason I can stay alive. I have no friends in the area, and a wife that I'm in love with who rejects me.

Im sorry for your struggles man, rejection is excruciating. You don't have to do it alone. You found this group right. They're support groups for situations like yours, with people whom which you can make friends. Thats important. Things will get better, hang in there.
