what’s typically after taxotere?

My father did 10 days radiation to lumbar spine and pelvis, is doing ADT (zytiga,Lupron) as well the xgeva. He just did his first round of taxotere last week and we’re gonna get him through the 6 rounds, god willing.

What’s typically the next step after chemo? Does he then do immunotherapy? Also, if it is immunotherapy- which should I advocate for as being his first treatment? It looks like our insurance already authed Keytruda, but from what I can loosely understand online, Yervoy may be better?

Still waiting on his genomic biopsy results to come back.

Unless he is BRCA+, the only immunotherapy that has been proven to work is Provenge. Yervoy doesn't work. Provenge+Xofigo or Pluvicto.
