I've been reading about Keytruda from Merck. It's not been successful in 3 recent clinical trials for PCa but I may be invited to a new one that is assessing Keytruda as a neoadjuvant.

My local MO has agreed to start Keytruda and submitted the request to the insurance company. She also said another option would be to start Keytruda only when hormone therapy fails. Is PD-L1 negative/positive status important? I am PD-L1 negative.

Is he a candidate for Keytruda? The gene report clearly outlines Keytruda as suggested drug.

After my first round of Keytruda, I had a PSA of 167. Three weeks later, after cycle two, my PSA was 303. While writing this post cycle three of Keytruda is being infused into me. My MO and I discussed Jevtana which sounds like the end of the line.

Oncologist wid a blood test and it showed that keytruda might work. After 1 infusion, psa went down to 0.07, still on keytruda for 6 months every 3 weeks, psa is at 0.04. I am trying to find others that are taking keytruda for there prostrate cancer.

On a maintenance routine of keytruda every 3 weeks. Of recent I have had multiple severe UTIs and 2 months of pnemonia. Pulminologist informed me that many keytruda patients have experienced repeated serious infections. Anyone else having an issue?

Instant recurrence so when on keytruda/lenvima. Currently on clinical trial acr 368 and have failed. Moving to doxil/bevacizumab in a wk. Definitely been a rough journey. Looking to learn from others and see if I can find things that help me. Thanks

It's KRAS G12F and I'm doing carboplatin, Alimta , and Keytruda. What I would live to hear are suggestions for some tunes to play during infusion. There's probably been some great songs I need to hear. Songs like 'Fight Song' by Rachel Patten'.

I get round two of chemo and keytruda this week. I don’t really have any symptoms lung or prostrate except past two weeks I have to pee a lot w urgency ecspecially at night. Seems something is going on. Figures, Started after my meeting the utsw urologist two weeks ago.

Only did two treatment cycles of Phase 1 clinical that looked at dose tolerance and escalation combined with Keytruda and Dr recommended I drop out and do chemo based on scan results with tumors in liver, lymph nodes and a couple of bone lesions on spine.

midway thru initial round of treatment for my lungs ct scan shows tumors are responding have shrunk. 3 tumors. The source 3.9 cm in right hilar shrunk to 3.1. one lymph node on top of source shrunk 20%. Other lymph node on subcarina shrunk 21% Drs encouraged. Note great response. fui…i am dlp-1 neg
