I’m afraid I’ve been focussing so much on the #25Day Challenge, I completely ignored the opportunity to do a special Halloween-y walking thing!
But I did a special walk today! My first 15 min continuous walk on Treaddy, the first day of my 4 week Treadmill Walking plan!
I even managed to get the custom workouts uploaded to Zwift (longer story that I will not bore you with), but it now means the virtual environment of Zwift will tell me when to speed up and when to slow down! I’m having fun!
Anyway, so it was an indoor walk for me today, launching my 4 week walking and aerobic stepping plan, that I will drop this weekend on S&F forum, just in case it’s if use to others as well.
Hope everyone is having fun on Halloween. Hubby has just put out the bowls of chocolate mini bars for Trick-o-Treaters, and I have to admit, I snatched one after my 15 min treadmill walk.
It probably has as much calories as I lost on the walk! 😱🍫😋
