… this is the longest streak of everyday walks I’ve done since lockdowns! What-da-ya-know! I’m a Walker!
My inner clock has not reset yet, so I’m early up, early pre-lunch-walk out. And it fits with the weather, so all good. I’m also early to bed, so I’m not missing anything.
Walked to a little bridge with a stream, contemplating of how much I need that little outing now in my day!
And I’ve also put together an exciting treadmill walking plan for me to get used to that permanent 3% incline that I set Treaddy (my new toy, a treadmill) to! I feel it every time I’m on it, so I thought I’d better have a plan! (Only alternative was to set it to 0%, so 3% sounded like a good plan to get my hill sprints in! 🗻🧗🏿♂️🏞️🚠😂🤣)
For those interested in treadmill walks, I will probably share it soon on our S&F forum (healthunlocked.com/strength.... I thought it might fit better over there, as it will also include the use of an aerobic step, and some workout buddies might need to go to a gym to get access to a treadmill. Additionally, I realised that the Active10 app will not work with indoor walks at all.
So we are on the almost last day of this challenge!
