Are you weirdly wondering about any leafy, autumnal or spooky saunters this weekend? A spirited stroll, maybe? A bewitched walk or haunted hike! 👻🎃
I am actually planning to use a bit of wicked walking for my own skeleton strength.
Not quite planning to go trick-or-treating, but a trembling trail around our village, to see if any of my nightly neighbours are getting into the spooky spirit, will suit me just fine.
And for those that use walking tracking apps, many of these have special Halloween badges to collect on the day itself!
So what have you planned for this Halloweeny weekend?
NOTE: The entire site will be down during Halloween, so feel free to post your Halloween plans ahead or after by reply to this post.

My Halloween walk will be on Sunday morning, part of it is on a trail run up a very steep hill 30% gradient, 12K walk, great views from the top of the hill from the west coast of Scotland to almost the east coast on a clear day, I should do it at night as part of the walk is through thick woodland which would be a bit spooky around twilight, but it will be in the morning about one hour after sunrise.
Not for me not here, there's witches galore lurking in front gardens but the rain continues and some of our roads are under water, both local parkruns are still on but will look in the morning because expected high tides with high winds might mean pebbles on prom which wouldn't be safe to run on.
Hope parkruns will be ok. I saw some social media footage of some very splashy parkruns some months back. It did look like fun, but that was the summer. Add the cold and I’m not sure how much fun it would be!
Gosh, I like this idea... but this weekend is a tad manic and travelling on Monday ! Hmm... maybe I could fit an evening one in, in Wales! Spooky seaside ramble
