I've not been checking in over the past 10 days or so, and I thought it was time to do a catch up.
We were away in Cornwall last week on holiday and, despite less than fabulous weather, I still managed to get at least 8000 steps in each day. Well on target to walk at least half an hour every day.
It's absolutely hammering it down in Wales at the moment so I'm not sure if I will reach my target today unless it dries up later on π
Hope all those taking part are doing well. CBDB you are flying πππ

The weather which largely OK, especially for the time of year. We had a couple of half days where it bucketed it down, and there was a lot of mizzle, but we had a gloriously a sunny day at the Lost Garden of Heligan which was wonderful and another few sunny hours at Par Sands βοΈ
It was a lovely change of scenery, but I am glad to be home π‘
I'm trying to catch up and recharge my batteries now. The downside of going away on holiday is that the chronic fatigue has kicked in now, but you can't stop living just because living sometimes wears you out!
