So tired today. Full day of work. Got home. Walked after work. Only 15 minutes.
Then tried rowing but after 5min gave up. Just too tired.
There are days like these. Let them flow past.
Hope for a more energetic day tomorrow. But I got my walk in, today. That’s not nothing. It’s something. And I’ve got a new S&F challenge to look forward to (see the mystery at healthunlocked.com/strength.... )
