Over at our Strength and Flex Forum, we are soon to start a Rope Flow 4-Day Challenge.

What is Rope Flow? Here is a very short 1-minute taster video by hiker Chase Tucker:

Rope flow can significantly benefit walkers by improving coordination, mobility, and core stability. The rhythmic, figure-eight motions of rope flow mimic the natural arm swing and body rotation involved in walking, making movements more fluid and efficient.

It also helps strengthen the hips and shoulders, increasing range of motion and reducing the risk of injury. Additionally, the rotational movements in rope flow enhance balance and proprioception, which is essential for maintaining posture and efficiency during long-distance hiking activities.
