Put in some morning walks recently, with a bit of joggling as well. Allowed me to listen to a new playlist I set up, befitting this new political dawn in the UK.
I was reminded that I moved to ‘Cool Britannia’ from Germany in 1997, experiencing a similar monumental shift in UK politics. The Spotify list linked below is full of songs from around that time. It was a great time for music.

My calves are behaving and feeling good. No niggles for a long time. I think my standing desk has much to do with this. I’m so glad I bought one!
