After quite a bit of walking during my work week (which was the source of a minor calf strain that I’m still feeling), I managed to get to the weekend! Yey!
So to recover a bit, I told myself there would be no rowing, no running and no active walking but a bit of gentle gardening.
So all my patio vegetable plants are now all in their place, and I have had a gentle workout, both in the morning and afternoon. The sun was shining, and there was some gentle, slow walking involved between corners of the garden, getting soil from the compost heap to patio, etc.
But the low step count, I felt, was well deserved.
