TonightI walked dog for half hour just a nice walk havnt done that last year with bad arthritis and getting better from new hip so pleased with myself if weather permits will do same tomorrow keep going peeps

That's a real achievement!!

Glad feel better after the hip replacement. Such a big op! That would make you feel bad enough on its own, so making the transition from very painful walking, via a big operation to walking for half an hour - that's true grit.

I am just recovering from a hip replacement and just started back on proper walks again It's the best feeling as I was in excruciating pain for 10 months Good luck I know just how great you are feeling Enjoy lots of lovely dog walking 😉
