Week 2 is not over yet and don't think I've done too badly, had a couple of days where I didn't have my phone on me all the time and only clocked 21mins and 26 mins brisk walking but yesterday I done over 60 and thats without including an hour on the beach where I walked and swam. Paying for it today as fibro is flaring and telling me I over done it but the weather was so beautiful yesterday I just couldn't help myself!!
