My week has just been trying to do 5 km walks every day which I have kept up. Weather has been good except yesterday Saturday which was wet, not easy walking holding onto umbrella. My walk this morning was in 2 parts . 3.75 km early morning and 3.25 km before lunch. First part was really wet, umbrella job , but decided to go out as was awake and up early. Met a few joggers and dog walkers but not silly walkers like me on their own, second part went with Mr D not as wet as his daily exercise for the day as he is still having problems. Think a day for watching final round of the Golf.
Better day expected tomorrow. Fingers crossed. π

A big congratulations to you Doris8 on walking 5K every day no matter what the weather, you are not a silly walker just because you were on your own Yesterday I officially walked 5K as tailwalker at parkrun but overall I walked more than that, 4K from the train station to the park and back and and another 3K including a little running from the station back home.
The parkrun I was at yesterday had no walkers doing all of it hence me completing it in just under 45 minutes, that was the third time I have been the tailwalker, the other two times I was the tailwalker there were several people walking, my time on those two were about 52 minutes for the first parkrun I was tailwalker and 62 minutes for the second parkrun I was tailwalker. π
