I've been recommended this community by one of the lovely folk from C25K community. I am hoping/aiming for starting C25K very soon- but have been building up to 'power walking' for a couple of weeks' first to gain motivation and confidence and trying to start to form a habit of walking forv30+ mins 3x a week.
It's working for me I am glad to say! Three more and I'm into C25K! Planning to run at π π π pace and have learnt so much from reading the posts and encouragement from the lovely people over the page - both graduates, graduates +++ and newbies!
Wishing you all a great Sunday. My trainers will be back on today and then I will π€ be only a couple of walks from my planned start of C25K!

Hi Ziggy, that sounds like a good plan. I am only walking for at least the next six weeks, waiting for my big toe bones to heal after bunion surgery. I hope to start Couchto5k again after that..π€
So I will look forward to following your progress on here and then on the running forum - you may be close to graduation by the time I get started again π. Good luck!
Have fun and just enjoy it..... Brisk walking was the way I started and slowly built my time to 30mins and then I got the c25k app and it was so great... I slow jog... I am proud to be a snail... Good luck
