I‘m just 16 miles ahead of my pace marker, and that buffer has been getting very slowly smaller! Which means, my average pace marker is slowly catching up with me!
But I’ve reached the 150mile mark, got a digital badge (taadaaa !!!), but only by submitting not only my walking, but also my rowing and my running.
But I have still increased my overall mileage compared to last year, where I did track all three workouts and did not get anywhere near my mileage from this year.
So my own assessment:
* Walking - I could be doing better
* Rowing - awesome
* Running - I’m getting there
So where are you on your #Walk1000Miles challenge?

Hi CBDB. I am ahead as well of my weeks but need to be as anything can happen health wise etc. 50th day in a row walking, sometimes with Mr D. He’s on a mission with steps. Had to go out with him last night , wet as well . And I suppose it increases my mileage , sport takes over on Saturday with him. I am just about at the length of the London Underground just now. Keep going 🙂
Thanks you . Me neither. But a few years ago we went to London for a short break and never used tubes or anything just walked everywhere. I think I’ll have to learn to swim when I do the Scottish island to get across the water🤣. A long way away yet. .
That is brilliant well done... I think amazing with the rowing and running... SuperbI mostly walk in the morning,, with a cuppa and indoors maybe listen to a podcast or zoom walking with ww or a audio book from the library so far I have walked 323 miles... Really chuffed with that
