Seeking advice on logging in to Active 10 app please!

Hi - I walk every day and have the Active 10 app. I don't log in to the app every day but like to once in a while to check on my brisk vs non-brisk ratio. But the app seems to disable itself after a few days of not being opened, and I can't seem to find any info to tell me how often I should log in to keep the app recording. It seems to record walks fine for a few days of not logging in, but then stops. Does anyone know the minimum I need to log in for the app to function continuously? Or if I am doing something wrong? I use another app which records my stepcount without me having to think about it, which is great. Before I uninstall the Active 10 app I just want to check on how others are getting on with it, and would be grateful for any advice - many thanks! Rachel

Hi Rachelleigh. It should log and continue logging. Are you on Android or iPhone?

I used to also have a step app and Active10 on an iPhone without any issues. So the only thing I can think of is to re-install and see if that’s better.

Otherwise here is a post with links how to get tech support: healthunlocked.com/active10...

Hope you manage to sort it! Let us know how you get on!

I have a feeling Android apps can be a bit temperamental. I have an old Android I’m trying to use more (it has no SIM card) and my running trackers (NRC, Runkeeper) are also more temperamental than my iPhone.

I’ll also download the Active10 for the Android and see how I’ll get on. But it’s worth sorting it out, as when it runs well in the background, it is actually really nice to open it up every few days and get all the progress celebrations and badges!

Bummer. So strange. Hope you sort it. And if not, I guess you have found a good fall back option with your step counting app,
