To get started, check the Active 10 FAQ here:

If you are experiencing technical problems, please first check that you have the latest version of the app from your app store:

nhs.uk/oneyou/active10/home

★ If this does not help, email the developer at active10@flipsidegroup.com

Send them the following:

- Summary of issues

- Device and model used

- Any supporting information available i.e. screen shots:

- Confirmation that you are happy to be contacted by the developer if additional information is required
