Up,at 6 and managed to get Mr D to come a walk with me. 10 km we did . Beautiful morning after it was a wee bit cold. Could have done with gloves at first. Had to keep at Mr D pace as he is still struggling with hamstring tendionopathy. Hills bad on it but he was determined. He enjoyed it but suffers later. Enjoy what’s left of your Sunday. 😊

Lovely 10K walk for you today with Mr D, you do get up early for your walks, well done, I bet you enjoyed your breakfast. 😊

Yes I like my early walks. Enjoyed my breakfast porridge blueberries and banana and fruit salad. Most morning the same. Mr D has his scrambled eggs. Enjoy your day too😊

How did you find your poles? I have watched videos its the hand part that looks awkward. Good luck.

I got mine from Decathlon. I am also aware mine are rather the lower cost ones. The better ones are carbon (lower vibration), and have the heel clickable on but permanently attached, rather than a separate heel that can be lost.

But the more expensive ones that British NW recommends (made by Exel in Finland) are at the moment not available in the UK anyway.

I might have to safe up my money for these in the future.
