Update, got that 🚶 walk completed, I hoped to get to parkrun today Saturday but there was light rain during the night and the temperature is 0C, could be very icy so no parkrun for me today.

Mr D and I exchanged Valentines card , got the housework done and went a valentine walk together. Getting an Indian takeaway tonight and gluten and dairy free. Happy Valentine’s Day 💌

HiyaI do nordic walking twice a week. We average 4miles each time. 10-12000 steps.

Nordic walking! Nice! I do that sometimes as well, but somehow have fallen out of the habit. So my poles are just standing there … in the corner … looking at me …. 👁️👁️

I had a lovely walk yesterday morning along the seafront with my Niece , then got some lunch and came home , sat on my bed and had terrible nausea that i have been struggling with for a few months now .

The walk sounds absolutely lovely. The nausea not so much. Have you checked it out with a GP? Hope you figure it out to what it is connected to, as I can imagine it stops you from doing such lovely walks.

And so lovely seeing that picture of your walk. A really nice place to walk, it looks like.
