I went out at 6.30 . Awake by then , think its when I used to get up for work early. 4 degrees outside but felt colder. It’s getting lighter in mornings so good but seems to get colder when daylight comes in. I met one runner who I usually met and a couple of dog walkers. Went through the village onto the trading estate past the brewery onto the garage and then across to the station and past the garden centre. Made by way back along the river , just a few ducks and heard a woodpecker out.. met another dog walker and went past the horses and the Abbey and back home. On breakfast duty as Mr D has covid. I have tested twice and still negative. Never had it and neither had Mr D till now. I asked his energy levels he said 1out of 10.
Wearing mask and wiping surfaces agsin.
went a 12 min walk to local shop to get tissues. The is the 26 th out of the 28.
hopefully I’ll make the last 2 even if I got to crawl round with a mask on. 😷

So sorry about Mr D having Covid, I hope you don't get it, that was another great early morning walk you had earlier today Doris8, well done, you are wise to wear a mask especially in the house.
I know that you like to know about my weekly Sunday morning walk, so this morning it was 14K, took me about 2 hours 15 minutes to complete, part of the walk is parallel to the main Glasgow /Edinburgh railway line on the left, on the right is a golf course, after about 1 Kilometre there is a bridge over the railway into the countryside where it is a little muddy, this is part of a half marathon trail route which takes place at the end of October, this morning I saw 4 cyclists and 4 runners during the walk, the weather was nice and sunny with a temperature of around 5C.
well done ALMorr. Super impressed with your walk. I thought I did well . I hope you didn’t take Holly. Her wee legs would be tired. Hope you’re sitting with your feet up watching the rugby.
No, Holly my neighbours dog is only taken a walk in the afternoon, I was on my own for the 14K walk in the morning, at 2pm I took Holly a short 1K walk before I watched the rugby on television.
PS, talking about dogs, a neighbour of mine sadly died about 3 weeks ago, she had a cat named Cooky, her daughter had been looking after Cooky but couldn't keep the cat, today she asked me if I could give Cooky a new home, I said yes, so I now have a new cat, my previous cat Eeshan died on the same day last November as Tim, 2nd November.
That’s kind of u ALMorr. And at least Cooky knows his whereabouts with u . I’m afraid I couldn’t give a cat a home or go near them, I am afraid of them.
Oh gosh... it is still out there... When we got it before Christmas we simply could not believe it! If you do get it. just take it gently...for us , the week after we tested negative was the wipe out time.. sheer fatigue! Mr OF tested positive five days after me.. !
Huge well done you... fingers crossed you will; be okay and we know that somehow you will get those last two in!!!! How big is your garden
have to walk a few times around the garden. He didn’t feel right on Wednesday so probably had it then, didn’t test till Thursday. Tested today again still positive . I’ll test on Tuesday agsin same as Mr D. . Thank u x
Best wishes to Mr D and hope he feels better as soon as possible... I hope you don't get it... I managed not to when hubby got it the second time.. I wore a mask everywhere he was and didn't sleep in the same room and I didn't get it... I ventilated as well... Mind you hubby caught in the warm weather... He was considerate in that respect... He took a lot of rest and he is active and he didn't like he had no energy so hugs to you both and all the best ❤️
