Hi all, I’m new to this community. I recently started the C25K app. I'm on W3 D3, this been an interesting adventure so far and on that I didn’t think I’d enjoy but I do. My ultimate aim is to run 5K at my local parkrun. Up to now I’ve been only walking. Anywho that’s me have a great day all. The sun is out and although chilly. Fresh air you can’t beat it.
Yes, I have found I know my neighbourhood and region so much better ever since I started walking and running it regularly. There used to be trails I knew nothing off … now I do, and also know the walkers (and dogs) that use them. 😃
