Hi everyone, hope you have all had a good weekend. Not sure I should be on here. During lockdown I was classed as sedentary and going for a 10min walk was a journey in itself. Now that I am back at work 2-3 days a week starting 2 weeks ago I have made it a mission to walk to work. It is a 20-25minute walk and I am now finding it so much easier. I also walk back home. The next couple weeks will be hard as I have to self isolate due to my daughter having a small operation this week, so no walking to work, or anywhere, for 2 weeks.

Could you do some indoor walking Sue? I like Lesley Sansome on YouTube 😊. If you keep your phone in your pocket it will record your activity
Hi just do a exercise at home also, best of luck x
I just joined, I tried walking round the house, but not easy to get speed up (unless you have a much bigger house than I do) So tried a Leslie Sansone video on you tube. that worked! You need a bit of space. Link below to one I used today.
