Well I suppose you could call it a walk 😂I actually took it on my first walk interval of my Re run of C25k Week 4 run 2 at around 6 am this morning.

And yes, managed to beat the rain !

Not sure what that is in the photo?, well done Ian on your early morning walk and run of week 4 of C25K, by the way Sunday was my 5th anniversary of graduating from C25K, on Monday I reran that run in the exact place where I ran 5 years ago.

A walk is a walk no matter what. I haven’t seen any snails on my journey yet. Just back from a 5 km walk.

we had a snail crawling up our kitchen window during the rain! 🤣🤣🤣 So we had a front row seat to the underbelly of snail life!

they must have enjoyed the rainy weather!
