NHS website .. I'm trying new ones instead but that was good one .. video so it was helpful with timings but I guess I can use my phone

As I understand it, the only workout videos (other than Strength & Flex) on the NHS site for years have been the Instructor Live ones in the Fitness Studio: nhs.uk/conditions/nhs-fitne...
