Well if it's not one thing it's another !Today was back to my 40 minute walks
It's the first one for 3 days as unfortunately I have been suffering with plantar Fasciitis.
I have had this before but it was about 3.5 years ago before I started running.
It came on when I upped my walking but disappeared again a month or so later so fingers crossed it disappears again π€
The problem is if I don't walk or keep moving then I get lower back issues also ! (That's a whole new story in itself) ππ€π₯Ί
So it sometimes feels as though I can't win .
Anyway, my foot was much better (but not 100%) so decided to try my walk ,
It was up past the village church then down towards the main road, turn around and back again .
It was quite warm and the walk was fine , infact I'm probably getting around it a little quicker each time , or should I say getting a little further.
The picture of course is the village church .
I do actually have a link to some drone footage I took of the church , I won't post the link here but if anyone wants to see it let me know and I'll pm the link .
Ok, lunch time π

On no! Your poor foot π¦Ά. And back. Hopefully your foot was ok on your walk overall, it looks beautiful out where you are. And thatβs great youβre getting round a little bit faster each time. Springβs definitely in the air today πΌπΌπΌ.
Sorry to hear about your plantar fasciitis. You absolutely donβt need that right now! Really hope it settles soon. Great photo of the church. It looks like a lovely building.
Hopefully it was a nice lunch and some time enjoying the sunshine. Itβs been nice here today too and it really does help the mood when itβs brighter outside βοΈ
As thatβs horrible plantar fasciitis and I can sympathise with you on your back. Lovely day and photo of your walk , good to get out . Look after yourself .
I've had plantafasciitis since last September in spite of exercises, rolling the instep on a tennis ball etc. and wearing protective trainers. If I do a walk it's very sore afterwards, so use my static bike. It came on after going barefoot on our tiled kitchen floor during the heatwaves last summer. I have a thin heel pad it seems. Don't overdo things, or it will come back worse to bite you.
βGetting a little furtherβ is such a great progress meter. Well done. And reaching landmarks like that beautiful church must be such a great incentive!
