walked 4 miles yesterday. Here I go. Definitely want the 10,000 steps a day. and pretty sure I managed it yesterday. Fired up the fit bit batteries and my Own batteries. Must do this everyday! thanks for the support. If I walk my mental health is so much better and the physical stuff follows..

Well done you. One foot in front of another doesn’t half make you feel better!

Good for you yogabonnie! I don't know what it is about walking in the fresh air that lifts your mood, but it does it for me every time! ;)

Well done, what a start! I find walking really does clear my head. I am trying to make a conscious effort to take a loop around the block when I'm feeling stressed, particularly at work. Walking does wonders for the mental health.
