Got my mojo back!

Normal service is resumed! Yesterday I did my brisk walks for the first time in about a week - and again this morning. And I'll be out again later this afternoon, cos I'm feeling good! Don't know what went on last week, but the exhaustion has finally gone!

That’s great Kay. I am hearing that complaint all over from last week, me included. It floored MrRc but he feels better today. Look after yourself. X
