Hi hermanahood! Active 10 is basically an app to log a person's walking history - speed, distance etc. So I can see no reason why you can't do it on a treadmill! Let us know how you get on!

Thank you. I am finding it a struggle to go out, especially with bad weather. I hope that maybe going to a gym I could do a couple of 10 minutes brisk walk per day.

I think you've had a good idea here - the weather really is miserable! If using a treadmill means you'll be staying active, it's all good! Good luck!

In the early days of my injury I was doing my walking in deserted shopping malls and the university on quiet days. So you can do it wherever.

Happy walking.

That’s the great thing about walking, it is quite adaptable. 😀
