Brisk walk

I have just got back from a 3 mile walk, I made myself go as it was looking very bleak and cold out there and the first traces of snow were falling. Once I was out there it wasn't as bad as I had imagined. The worst bit is getting out the front door and I always feel better having done it.

Oh Mazzy00 you are so right! Once out the front door your whole mindset changes - I have problems too when the weather is bad. And then when you've done it and you're feeling good you wonder what all the fuss was about!?! Well, you've encouraged me to get out - as soon as I post this, I'm getting my coat on and getting out! Thank you!
