Well, of course I’ve been walking a while now, as I’m 47 and a half years old....But this was my first ‘get yourself out there and walk’ walk.
38 mins, just under 2 miles round the local park. I can make it longer (& brisker-er!) but it’s great to get out there and make a start.
I said Hello to two people and three dogs and it was lovely!!

What a great start to 2018! Walking just for the sake of walking is a wonderful thing. It stretches the legs, gets the heart rate up, and gives me permission to let my mind wander as it wants for a bit. And lovely photos, it's so nice to see where people walk.
Well done for getting out there. There are some nice calories burnt there. Keep up the good work.
