Stick with it, weight can fluctuate, specially around Christmas time. We will help to keep you motivated.
I find it helpful with those fitness watches to keep track of my steps, and I check it throughout the day to see if I'm on target. Happy walking.
Commiserations Debs1967. It's so very difficult to stay on track at this time of year. Personally, I find it incredibly hard to get out in this cold weather - and watching what goes in my mouth is just as hard (comfort food cravings are rife!) However, you have such a positive attitude that I'm sure this weight gain is just a blip! Stay strong - we'll support you every step of the way!
Hello there, Ivam in the same situation as you. I started to losecweight and this morning I weight mydelf and found that I have put on some , while still eating the same and walking! It happens, and we must carry on and be strong! Thecweight will keep on going down!! Good luck!!
Thank you for your coment. Well ive been hitting 10000 steps but like to do some before I go to work. But live in flat and they thumped ceiling so dont know if going outside would be better frpm now on .good luck with you too im not giving up
I put on four pounds over Xmas . Gutted!. I’m on track tho getting better after the Xmas flu and that can make you feel low I can tell you.
Hi I went for walk today was lovely thank you and everyone for your support. Chucked scales out. Done 10000 steps on monday and tuesday and 12000 today and saturaday
