Oh my - walks on three consecutive days!

Spring is definitely in the air. I've been out walking 3 days in a row and, believe it or not, I actually JOGGED about 200 steps to the bus stop today - not from choice exactly, but because I was about to miss the bus! This is the first time in about 10 years and I can't quite believe it - AND I did 4000 steps as well. My neighbour is convinced I've gone barmy, but I feel really good(whether I'll be able to stand up straight in the morning is another question!)

Great job... maybe the neighbour will give it a go one day? After just a couple of weeks I can really feel the difference and I was already running every other day and walking (slowly) quite a bit.

It's truly amazing isn't it? I just wish I'd started years ago before all my mobility issues surfaced, and I was still able to walk unaided! But better late than never!:)

Oh Kay that is fantastic, Now if I had told you a few years ago, I am sure you wouldn’t of believed me 😀. Take it steady and I am so pleased for you. Rfc xxx

Thanks Rfc - to be honest I don't quite believe it now! Keep thinking I must have dreamt it! Haha!x

Thanks runswithdogs - I'm with my grandchildren this weekend, so no walking, but lots of physical activity. I'm exhausted already and it's only Saturday afternoon! Lol!
