Hi all been doing my 10000 steps all week except for yesterday been going for my half hour walk this week except yesterday .going walk to work tomorro and back or take my bike. Going aim for 12000 steps every day.

Well I did 66115 steps last week thats most ive done in one week do more this week

Hi did my 10000 steps but fed up ofof being on at my age. Only lost a pound last week . Thanks for all u support.
Try not to be despondent, Debs1967 - remember that 1lb a week is 52 lbs in a year and that's impressive! And sometimes our bodies need to take some time to "re-arrange" themselves! I haven't lost anything for 10 days now - it's so tempting to curl up on the sofa and do nothing except eat chocolate, isn't it?! But if we stick to our exercise and eating plans, tomorrow might be the day when the weight does a big drop! Be strong - you're doing so well!!!!!
So are you. I went for an hour walk after work. Felt good done 12000 steps fell better as have docs in under 2 weeks so hope scales are good .
Be positive - you're doing all the right things, so they will be!
