I went out for an early walk yesterday morning.I was actually going to have a day off but woke up and looked at the weather forecast and thought hmmm .... Will be another hot one so jumped out of bed and went for an early walk of 5000 steps before the heat hit .
I tend to burn quite easily so stay out of the mid day sun but by early afternoon I wanted to get more steps in and didn't really want to wait until evening so decided to do it on the treadmill ,
It was actually quite pleasant with a nice cooling fan on .
So daily steps up to 11,190
The picture was taken on the morning walk .
Today was started with completing week 4 on my C25K re run
Feeling good !

11,190 steps a day Ian, congratulations, I usually do that on my winter walks, perhaps a 10K run is also around that many steps as well, well done on completing week 4 of C25K.
That's fantastic, well done! I'm not getting as many steps in as I'd like because of the heat. Unfortunately I don't have a treadmill - not that I'd have the space for it since we moved into our little rented cottage! I need to work on getting up earlier. It used tobe easier when we lived by the sea, the seagulls made sure I was awake at dawn! ππWeek 4 of c25k already! Yay πͺπππ
Youβre doing well. Iβm listening to a podcast walking is fitness, this guy just speaks about walking for 10 mins and he walks every day for years, itβs quite interesting. I go further than the 10 min walks.
