I went out for an early walk yesterday morning.I was actually going to have a day off but woke up and looked at the weather forecast and thought hmmm .... Will be another hot one so jumped out of bed and went for an early walk of 5000 steps before the heat hit .
I tend to burn quite easily so stay out of the mid day sun but by early afternoon I wanted to get more steps in and didn't really want to wait until evening so decided to do it on the treadmill ,
It was actually quite pleasant with a nice cooling fan on .
So daily steps up to 11,190

Today was started with completing week 4 on my C25K re run
Feeling good !
