I walked 26 miles Hike in the peak district last weekend and 23 miles hike of the Norfolk coast the week before and feel fantastic . So proud of myself.

i did a 23 mile walk with my husband, i was stiff at the end but my husband didnt recover as well as me and im 11 yrs older lol but i couldnt do another for a couple of weeks which saddens me because my dream is to do the coast to coast one time before i get too old im 61
