1000 mile challenge complete

Just finished 1000 mile challenge today. 1002.53 miles to 7th November. I have posted map of 1000 miles challenge coloured with felt pens. Its an old chart I downloaded but did the job

Well done, that’s great 👏🏽 I’m hoping to make it to 1000 miles by December but I’m getting very lazy in tracking my distance, maybe I’ve already made it 🤷‍♀️ I do wish Strava would give the Year to Date distance for walking!

Thank u. I kept a track on a progress tracker I downloaded. It was an old one I saw online for 1000 mile challenge but I just scored out the year, and I could write in every day, or you could use a diary I suppose. I used to copy my miles off Strava or Garmin connect on to it.

that’s great , even just 2 miles a day amounts up, at first I thought oh my god that’s a long way , especially on the map I had and was colouring it in, but just kept going. It’s probably easier if u have a dog cos u know the dog needs to go out and that’s some of your miles , but no dog for me. A lot of the time D for company. You can do it. 😊👍
