Mapping a 5 K route

Which app , web site can I use to map in advance a 5k route from my house ?

I've moved house and don't know the area ( where I lived before if I walked the whole loop of the estate it was 5.3 k)

I use an app called NewRoute. I think you might have to pay for it, but it is the best one I have used.

Can't see a setting to change from miles to kilometers

On the bottom right hand side of things screen there is a little "i" click on that and it brings up a menu.

Is also good they tell you the route and how long it takes

Can't see a way of setting a circular 5k route on Google maps.
