Folkestone 5 km walk

I went out a walk to the promenade at 6.30 am. Met quite a few people going to work and dog walkers and joggers on the promenade. Didn’t manage to get lost, thought I I would , have no sense of direction. Very humid and sunny to start with. Afternoon walks cloudy and cooler. Took a photo of squirrel eating nuts very close to us. I should have zoomed in the photo. Enjoy your weekend.

I love a morning walk. It sounds like you had a lovely time. The little squirel is very engrossed in whatever it is eating.

The squirrel was eating some kind of nut.

They are amazing little creatures. There is one near us which has a floppy ( damaged tail). It seems well fed and OK, apart form the tail.

our squirrels eat blackberries too. I love watching squirrels.They steal runner beans too!

They sound naughty. Saw a fox going into someone’s garden this morning on walk.
