Extreme Reaction to Combination Pill

GP suggested I trial Gedarel 20/50 contraceptive pill as a different form of contraception after two failed merina coils and constant bleeding on all prostegeon only contraceptives (heavy period for 6 months kinda symptoms). The main reason is to control my Endometriosis.

In the 8 days I've taken the pill I have had painful bloating, increased pain which is comparable to endometriosis flare. My scale weight has increased by 5KG and waist by 6 inches. Had measurements done the day I collected my prescription. I've also had headaches, which I don't normally suffer with, really bad breast tenderness and nausea (sick 12-18h after taking pill). Everyday.

I've tracked my food intake and am actually eating 500 calories less than normal!!! As an avid gym goer. I wanted to bring my weight down for my upcoming laproscopy. Combine this with the sickness, 5KG in 8 days on my 152cm is INSANE.

My wrists, fingers, toes and knees all seem to hurt to use as though I've developed arthritis overnight. Prescription cocodomol is doing nothing for the pelvic or joint pain. I'm in tears. None of my clothes fit and it hurts to move.

I'm immediately discontinuing despite being so early on into trialing it. Has anyone ever heard of such a bad reaction ? My skin is dry and flaking on my face too!!

would this count as extreme estrogen sensitivity? When my merina coil rejected, I lost several pounds in the first few days so I know I'm prone to water retention issues using contraceptives.
