Switching from Cerazette to Evra patch

Hi everyone ☺️

I was on Cerazette pill for around a year, but decided to come off it as i gained around 2 stone whilst taking it. It increased my appetite a lot which didn’t help. I have now been on the evra patch since 14 November so around a month and a half. In this time I haven’t noticed any weight loss in fact I seem to be gaining even more, even though my appetite has returned back to normal now I have stopped Cerazette. I’m wondering if it’s worth sticking with the patch and giving it a bit longer, or to come off it altogether as it’s upsetting me as I keep gaining weight. Any help or advice is appreciated ☺️ thank you !

🙂 I searched Healthunlocked for Evra Patch…your post seems to be the only mention.

🤔There are several mentions of Cerazette ……one of the posts may be helpful.

See the search-box (top left)..type in Cerazette to see links.

I would give it time as 6 weeks isn’t very long maybe give it another 2/3 months to let your body adjust to it, as you are messing with your hormones
