Want to share a couple successes iv had, that may be of help to others in their quest to manage prolapse.

Kgoal Boost is a small contraption you sit on while playing game on your tablet, it exercises, records & monitors your pelvic muscle strenght, easy to do & the games are fun.

Cube Pessary only been using this couple of days but think this is a game changer for me, I got it from Digitimer Ltd I spoke to a Lovely helpfull woman called Sue.
