Late start of HRT ( sandrena /utrogestan)

Hello,

Is anyone here using Sandrena gel? I switched last week from Zumenon ( pill) to Sandrena (gel). I've been having headaches since then. I am also on Utrogestan 100

I started HRT last June following the advice of a health practitioner, even though my period stopped 12 years ago. Progesterone is very helpful for sleeping.
