Fluid in Fallopian tube

Hi there. I went for an ultrasound on Thursday; checked all my abdomen and then uterus and ovaries as I’ve been spotting for last couple months after ovulation.

She said she thinks my Fallopian tube has fluid in, asked if I’ve had any issues with my tubes and I said no or not that I know of. Luckily I have two children, but been Googling and a bit scared they may remove it! Anyone had this? She assumed it may have been my bowel at first but it didn’t move when she came back round and said bowel usually moves out the way but sorry for tmi I was desperate for a poop lol so I thought we’ll maybe it didn’t move cos it was full 🤣🤣 she’s going to let the doctor know and said about maybe giving me antibiotics to see if it clears or if the doctor wants to do anything about it etc.

Advise ? Anyone had this! Thanks
