Logynon Ed weight and side effects

Hi guys, I’ve been on logynon Ed as a contraceptive pill for about four months and have noticed some changes in my weight and mood. I seem to have gained weight, my boobs are quite a lot bigger and my tummy constantly looks a little bloated- I also seem to have zero motivation to do anything which might have caused the weight gain as I’m not exercising as much- wondering if anyone else has experienced this? If so did you change to another pill? Or the coil? Thanks
