Hello All

What is the best birth control with the lease side effects? What is a vagina ring or patch like ?? Any bad side effects . I am not supper keen on side effects any thoughts . Be honest on your experience with birth control what is the most effective.

For me I have never experienced any side effects, its 99% effective if used correctly (same as any other methods) and I’ve been using for nearly 2 years now. Its very simple, like a very sticky plaster and change it every week on the same day.
